Order Processing
Orders are typically processed and produced within 3–10 business days before shipment. Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or major U.S. holidays. Once your order has been produced and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Time
Domestic Shipping (United States): Estimated delivery 5–10 business days. International shipping times vary by destination and local postal services.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on delivery location, package weight, and shipping method selected.
Order Tracking:
Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email.
Incorrect Shipping Information :
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Additional shipping charges may apply for returned or re-shipped packages.
Delayed or Lost Shipments
THURSTIE is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, natural disasters, or circumstances outside our control.
International Shipping
International customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, VAT charges, and other fees imposed by local authorities.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives visibly damaged during transit, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the package, product, and your order number. We will review the information and determine the appropriate next steps based on the circumstances.
Undeliverable Packages
Packages returned due to incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, or refused deliveries may be subject to additional shipping charges for reshipment.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before production begins. Once production has started, orders cannot be modified or cancelled.
