At THURSTIE, all sales are final due to the made-to-order nature of our products. Each item is created specifically for you after your order is placed. For this reason, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for buyer's remorse, change of mind, or incorrect size selections. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Eligible Refund or Replacement Requests

Refunds or replacements may be considered only if:
• You received the wrong item
• Your item arrives damaged
• Your item contains a verified manufacturing defect
• There is a printing or embroidery error
• Your order does not match the product ordered


Claims & Proof Requirements
If there is an issue with your order, you must contact THURSTIE within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number, clear photos of the item, photos of the packaging (if applicable), and a brief description of the issue. Claims submitted after 7 days may not be eligible for review.

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Situation

THURSTIE does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:
• Incorrect size selected by the customer
• Buyer's remorse
• Change of mind
• Personal preference
• Orders placed incorrectly by the customer
• Minor color differences due to screen settings
• Minor placement variations that do not affect quality or function
• Shipping delays caused by the carrier
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused after delivery
• Limited edition, custom, or personalized items


Refund Approval Process
If approved, THURSTIE reserves the right to issue a replacement item, store credit, or refund at our sole discretion. Approved refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your financial institution.

Order Cancellations
Because all products are made to order, orders cannot be canceled once production has begun. Please verify all order details before submitting your purchase.


Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. THURSTIE is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue resulted from an approved order error.
